Who is eligible for Medi-Cal in San Bernardino County?

Medi-Cal is available to San Bernardino County residents who are U.S. citizens, permanent residents, legal aliens, or U.S. nationals.

Yes. Families with higher incomes may find that only their children qualify for Medi-Cal coverage. They can apply for their children.

Additionally, the parents may qualify to receive financial assistance on a Covered California health plan.

After you meet your SOC, you are eligible to receive Medi-Cal-covered services for the month with no out-of-pocket expenses.
